Air-Switch Limited is a family run business based in Lincolnshire. We have grown consistently since founding the business in 2021. After spotting a gap in the local market for the provision of quality HVAC services, we have engaged hearts and minds putting everything into delivering a solid environmentally considerate, customer focussed proposition. We developed our key 3 philosophy for works being delivered in "safe, sustainable and secure" way, also building a detailed devopment programme for each member of our team. We work with a broad range of commercial & domestic customers providing a wide range of services within the HVAC sector. We believe we are different for all of the right reasons and place customer needs at the heart of everything we do.

We hold numerous accreditations and qualifications, ensuring qulity outcomes and pece of mind. We are holders of: CSCS and Skillcards, our engineers and managers hold IPAF and PASMA cards. We can be found on both the F-gas and Refcom registers and are upper tier waster carriers. We also hold Constructionline Gold and Acclaim accreditations.
We install equipment made by reputable manufacturers, including: Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, Ciat, Carrier, and Airedale.

Martin
Technical Director
A hands on technical specialist and director with over 30 years air conditioning and refrigeration industry experience. Martin is a highly qualified and suitabily skilled air conditioning expert. Having worked with a number of companies delivering a broad range of HVAC and FM services, Martin is our technical oracle! Martin's attendtion to detail ensures the projects delivered are of the highest standard.
Steve
Multi-Skilled Engineer
Steve is multi skilled air conditioning and refrigeration engineer with a long standing career spanning over 35 years. Qualified in fire and smoke damper inspections and an 18th Edition qualification holder. Steve supports the delivery of a wide range of HVAC and FM services and is very well regarded by colleagues and customers alike.
Austin
Trainee Multi-skilled Engineer
Austin has joined our team whilst qualifying in both heat pump Installation and as an air conditioning installer. Once qualified in these areas, Austin will be delivering air source heat pump installation services in addition to supporting the delievry of other services offered. Austin is qualified in fire and smoke damper inspections.
Fran
MD
A champion of customer service excellence, Fran is a hands on director with a background in business operations and compliance delivery. SMSTS qualified Fran is responsible for the day to day running of the team and business operations. You are equally likely to find Fran lending a hand on site, as you are to find her working in the office!
Bartosz
Bartosz has recently joined our team as a mature apprentice air conditioning engineer. Having already gained significant experience in his prior HVAC role, Bartosz brings not only the desire to excel in his field, but oodles of raw enthusiasm and an almost tangible passion to become an air conditioning expert.
