Field Based Roles
Air Conditioning Installation Engineer & Multi-sklilled Engineer
Lincoln - Grantham - Nottingham Areas
We are looking to grow our team with two new roles located in the Lincoln-Grantham - Nottingham areas.
The installer role will include working on a range of installation projects. We are looking for a colleague who will champion customer service excellence, and is willing to continue to grow and develop with the business. The role will be mobile and cover an area of approximately 45-50 miles from home. We'd love to hear from you if you have the following skillset/qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience working in similar role (essential)
- F-GAS Cat 1 (essential)
- Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration or RAC (desirable)
- 18th Edition (desirable - where not currently held, this will form part of training & development plan)
- Experience of installing, commissioning split systems and VRF/VRVs (essential)
- Flexible approach to supporting the delivery of the wide range of services we offer
- C1 category drivers licence and towing experience an advantage
- Ability to run and plan small works effectively, communicating professionally to both customers and colleagues, and managing health and safety requirements for self and an additional labourer role, although full training will be provided.
- Maintenance experience and/or willingness to learn and work in this area an advantage.
The multi-skilled engineer role encompasses installation, maintenance and troubleshooting works across all air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation plant. Qualifications in additional discliplines an advantage.

We are looking for an accounts assistant to join our team. This is an office based part-time entry level role which can be worked flexibly within our opening hours. The ideal applicant will be suitabily qualified or qualifying and be looking for a role that will grow as we grow.

Love speaking with customers? We take a real pride in giving our customers the very best service we can each and every time the phone rings or someone visits head office. This role would be well suited to a well organised, friendly individual who is open to working in a light industrial setting and may want a role that will grow in time.
We use leading field management software to run customer asset scheduling and day to day jobs. It's a varied role, and no two days are ever the same. The role is full time and based at our offices. No experience required. Full training available.
