Regional Distribution Centres supporting jobs in the North & East

Chosen manufacturers

Almost all of our manufacturers have production plants in Europe, although some as far away as Thailand and Japan. We have carefully selected a manufacturing supply partners who have stringent modern slavery policies for manufacturing completed in environments further afield and are supported by local distribution centres creating jobs in our regional areas across the East and and also the North of the UK, where the East hasn't yet gained a service presence.

Buying local often costs less in the long run

Local Trades

We have partnered with a number of reputable local trades, such as electrical contractors, ventilation specialists and BMS contractors to deliver a wide range of FM services. After a number of benchmarking excercises, we were able to establish that local contractors almost always cost less than larger National firms with who have larger administrative and management functions. Each company is carefully evaluated for onboarding, both on its performance/ qualification as well as its approach to tackling issues such as modern slavery and reducing the impact of operations on the environment.

What about the other stuff?

Areas we are still working on

Whilst we have found ink cartridge recycling centres, we haven't yet found anyone on or near our doorstep to help with this or the regular supply of such consumables. Our current supplier is however, a small business. Given our  ink consumption is so low, and all cartidges are sent off for recylcling, we believe we are doing the best we can for the time being in respect of ink consumption and the onward processing of the cartridges.

Other office supplies - we are still actively seacrching for local suppliers of coffee and other regular office supplies. Please get in touch if you can help!
